ption: In the wake of COVID-19 and transitioning to virtual progra
mming, we will focus on one of the C3’s most used services, Express Drop-In
, and how the presenter was able to replicate this in-person offering to a
virtual format with tools already provided by the university in a unique wa
y that did not cost the C3 any money. Learn how we’ve leveraged multiple ch
annels of technology in the success of this initiative, including Zoom for
service delivery, Microsoft Teams for communication, a resource library, ma
naging shift changes, and training, and Qualtrics/Symplicity for reporting.
Through this session, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on
the dynamics of their own virtual service delivery capabilities, brainstor
m strategies for their implementation, and develop a plan for executing vir
tual drop-in services via their online platforms.
