 The Small Colleges & Universities KG is excited to start the new academic year with our Monthly Mondays chats! Every first Monday of the month, this KG will meet virtually to chat about a topic of interest to members and open up the conversation to discuss openly with the group. We are hoping to start the year off with some grounding. Our discuss topic for August is "Understanding and Preventing Burnout" We will be joined by Maryanne Lineburger, LCMHC, NCC who is a licensed clinical mental health counselor at UNC Asheville. She works in the Health and Counseling Center as a Clinical Assessment and Referral Specialist. Maryanne bring her knowledge from the counseling perspective, but also knowledge from the small colleges and universities perspective. Additionally, she works out of the UNC Asheville Career Center as a triage counselor. We are thrilled to have her varying perspectives from counseling, small colleges, and career readiness during our discussion in August!
