Renew Your Membership

The SoACE membership year runs from July 1 – June 30. Renewals for each membership year open on April 1, and renewal invoices are automatically sent to the primary contact on file.


Renew Online

Completing the online form is the fastest and easiest way to renew your membership.

You will have the option to:

  • Pay immediately by credit card, or
  • Request an electronic invoice

SoACE accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Updating Your Membership Information

Need to update your member representatives or confirm who is currently listed under your organization? 

Follow these steps (must be logged in):

  1. Navigate to My Profile
  2. Select My Organization
  3. Edit organization or individual profiles as needed
  4. To add members: select Individual Profiles > Create Linked Profile

Please note: only designated key contacts have access to these features. If updates are needed to your key contacts, contact [email protected].


Group Membership

If your organization participates in group membership, renewals can be completed using the group renewal option above. If you are interested in switching to or setting up a group membership, please contact the SoACE Office at [email protected].

Group membership eligibility will be verified by SoACE at the time of the group's request.
