Conference Scholarship

SoACE offers one $2,000 scholarship to help support Annual Conference attendance for eligible career services professional and employer members.

Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration Transfers

To transfer a registration to a colleague, contact the SoACE Office at [email protected]. Additional charges may apply when a registration is transferred from a member to a non-member.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing.

Cancellation requests received through October 31 at 5:00 p.m. ET will receive a full refund less a $125 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received after 5:00 p.m. ET on October 31 through November 22 at 5:00 p.m. ET will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation requests received after November 22 at 5:00 p.m. ET will receive no refund.
No-shows at the SoACE Conference are not eligible for a credit or refund.

The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, SoACE will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.

SoACE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues related to personal travel, and refunds will not be provided due to these occurrences.

Continuing Education

SoACE is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP™) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events or programs that meet NBCC requirements. Sessions or programs for which NBCC-approved clock hours will be awarded are identified in the program bulletin, catalogue, or website. The ACEP is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.

SoACE will be seeking HRCI Continuing Education approval for qualifying sessions.
