The 2024 Conference will be held at The Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Sunday, December 8 - Wednesday, December 11.

The group rate is $212.00/night plus applicable state tax. The group rate will be open (based on availability) through November 5. There will be complimentary internet within the guestrooms. Reservations will open in May.

Deposit and Cancelation: A deposit equal to 1 night's stay is required to hold individual reservations and a valid major credit card are acceptable as payment method. The deposit will be applied to the last night of the reserved stay. Should cancelation be necessary, a deposit is refundable if notice is received to the hotel at least 5 days prior to arrival.

Universal's SuperStar Shuttle provides dedicated welcome service and transportation between Orlando International Airport and Universal Orlando Resort Hotels (fees apply). Guests may inquire about booking this service by calling 800-823-4733 prior to their arrival at Orlando International Airport.
